ABOUT
Women’s View is a residential treatment and recovery support program designed to serve women ages 18-29 who are experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. The program is committed to providing evidence-informed, trauma-responsive care that addresses the complex needs of individuals impacted by addiction, mental health challenges, and related psychosocial stressors. Core program components include integrated treatment for co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed clinical practices, and education and prevention strategies related to opioid overdose and harm reduction.
Women’s View recognizes that recovery occurs within a broader social and developmental context. As such, programming is designed to be responsive to each resident’s developmental stage, lived experiences, and cultural identity. Services are delivered in a culturally responsive and inclusive manner that respects and affirms diverse expressions of identity, including race, ethnicity, language, gender identity, and LGBTQ+ status. The program aims to address substance use among adults while also supporting individuals in overcoming the personal, social, and structural barriers that may impede long-term stability and successful reintegration into the community.
The program provides comprehensive residential treatment for alcohol and other substance use disorders, coupled with structured recovery support services. Women’s View focuses on strengthening residents’ capacity to function independently and effectively in the community through individualized treatment planning, skill development, and coordinated support services.
